Buyer questions

Before we start.

Can I mix Queen, King and other sizes?

Yes. The current linen program starts from 300 sets per color and sizes can be mixed. Send your dimensions and quantity by size so the set composition and order can be confirmed together.

Can you develop a custom linen color?

Yes. Share your color reference and target washed finish. Available fabric colors and custom-color options are reviewed for the quotation, and the color and hand feel are approved in sampling.

Can the set contents and dimensions change?

Yes. Flat sheets, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases can be combined to suit your market. The four-piece US Queen set shown here is a reference; finished measurements, fitted-sheet depth and closures are confirmed for your brief.

What should be checked before linen production?

Confirm the washed texture, shrinkage target, finished measurements, hems, closures, care labels and packing against the approved sample. Ask Jack for fabric details and the scope of any available material certificates before labeling is agreed.
