Before we start.
Can you work from my existing bedding sample?
Yes. A physical benchmark helps define the weave, hand feel, construction and finish. Share the changes you need, then review a development sample before confirming bulk production.
Which sizes can you develop?
US Twin, Full, Queen, King and California King dimensions can be developed to your brief, including fitted-sheet pocket depth, pillowcase openings and duvet-cover closures. Final finished measurements are confirmed during sampling.
Does every material have the same minimum order?
Minimums are confirmed for the selected fabric, color and construction. The current linen and lyocell reference programs start from 300 sets per color with mixed sizes. Send your size and color breakdown for a quotation specific to your product.
What is confirmed before bulk production?
The approved specification covers fabric composition and construction, hand feel, finished measurements, the agreed shrinkage target, sewing details, labels and packing. Available test reports and certification claims are checked against the selected material and order.

You work with Jack Shen in Nantong, China. Jack handles the brief, sample development and local production follow-up with the selected weaving, finishing and sewing partners.
